  1. Definitions:
  • Regulations – these regulations of the orangetours.pl website and the trips listed there, valid from the moment the Client makes a trip reservation until the end of that trip.
  • Organizer – Orange Tours Company, Pasuria nr 137/266-ND/1, Golem, Kavaje 2501, NIPT M52905801O.
  • Client – a natural person participating in a trip organized by the Organizer and offered on the Organizer’s website.
  • Trip – an event organized by the Organizer directly and indirectly, whose program is posted on the Organizer’s website.
  • Reservation – a declaration of intent by the Client, which the client makes using the reservation form available on the Organizer’s website or by phone or by email sent to the Organizer or in person at the Organizer’s office.
  • Reservation form – a form that is available on the Organizer’s website, used to register the Client to participate in a trip.

  1. Reservations and payment for trips:
  • Trip reservations are made using the reservation form available on the website or in person at the Organizer’s office or via WhatsApp or by phone. Reservation via WhatsApp or phone also means accepting the regulations.
  • After making a reservation, the Client will receive a reservation confirmation by email. This message will also include information about the departure time of the bus and the meeting point.
  • Reservation is free.
  • Reservation must be made no later than 48 hours before the planned start of the trip. If it is not possible to make a reservation within this time frame, please contact us by email, phone or in person at our office.
  • Payment for the trip must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before the trip. Payment can be made with cash at the Organizer’s office. Payment in EURO, LEK, USD or PLN. Payment in a currency other than EURO is converted according to the average NBP exchange rate corresponding to the payment date. If the situation prevents the Client from paying at the office, please contact us by email or phone. We will find a solution.
  • For group reservations, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation and payment of the remaining amount no later than 72 hours before the trip start date.
  • The Organizer is not responsible if the Client provides incorrect or incomplete information that makes it impossible to contact them.
  • A trip may be canceled due to too few participants or weather conditions that pose a threat to participants’ health. In this case, the Client is informed by phone no later than 9:00 PM on the day before the trip. In this case, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the trip fee.
  • During your visit to the office, our staff will provide you with necessary information about the trip and answer any questions.
  • If the Client cannot come to our office, please contact us by phone. We will enable payment for the trip by bank transfer. However, we prefer a visit to our office, during which you can not only make payment but also learn about trip details.
  • Before making a reservation, the Client is required to familiarize themselves with the trip program, recommendations, and minimum participant age available on the Organizer’s website.
  1. Changes to reservations:
  • Changing trip participant data is free and requires contact with the Organizer.
  • Changing the trip is possible after contacting the Organizer. The Client is required to cover any price difference between trips. We cannot guarantee changes in case of no available spots.
  1. Departure/meeting point and departure times:
  • The Organizer organizes departures from Durres (Plazh district), Golem, Mali i Robit and Qerret.
  • The Organizer does not organize trips from Spille, Karpen, San Pietro, Vlora, Saranda and other locations not mentioned above.
  • If the Client is from a different location than those from which the Organizer organizes departures, please contact us and we will provide the nearest meeting point in the Client’s area. The Client must get there at their own expense.
  • We pick up clients only from locations we specify. We do not pick up anyone on the route to the destination.
  • The meeting/departure point for the trip is at locations we specify on the Organizer’s website. This does not mean pickup from the Client’s hotel.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect location information provided by the Client.
  • The departure and return times from trips posted on the Organizer’s website and brochures are approximate. The Organizer confirms the exact departure time up to 12 hours before the trip. If there is no confirmation, please contact us immediately.
  • If the Client does not appear at the meeting point at the designated time, the group will not wait and the bus/minibus or jeep will depart according to the scheduled departure time. Trip and transfer costs are then non-refundable.
  1. Rules during trips:
  • The Organizer refuses participation in trips to Clients who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or behaving aggressively. Payment for the trip is then non-refundable. If the Organizer notices that the Client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or behaving aggressively during the trip, they may refuse the Client participation in the trip at any time. The Client then returns to their place of residence in Albania at their own expense and trip and transfer costs are non-refundable.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for items left in the bus, minibus, jeep, boat, or ship. There is also no obligation to deliver left items to the Client’s place of residence. Found/lost items will be available for pickup at the Organizer’s office.
  • During travel by bus, minibus, jeep during the trip, consumption of alcohol, drug use, smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is prohibited. Upon violation of this prohibition, the Organizer may refuse the Client further participation in the trip.
  • The Organizer hopes that during trips, Clients will respect the principles of mutual respect and everyone will try to spend the trip in a pleasant atmosphere with other participants.
  • If the Client does not respect meeting times, departures, or sailing times, the Organizer has no obligation to wait for the Client. The Client then returns to their place of residence in Albania at their own expense and trip and transfer costs are non-refundable.
  • Presence on the trip is equivalent to accepting the Regulations.
  1. Other provisions:
  • The Client at their accommodation in Albania has the possibility to personally order a lunchbox for the duration of the trip, but its preparation is the hotel’s decision. The Organizer does not interfere with this.
  • The Organizer has no obligation to change the menu of meals established for the trip. Any special diets must be reported by the Client at the time of reservation by email or directly at the office.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for poorly chosen clothing or inadequate fitness for the route during the trip. The Client is required to familiarize themselves with the trip program before departure. A detailed trip program is available on the Organizer’s website.
  • Minors may participate in trips only accompanied by adult guardians.
  • The Organizer does not allow bringing animals on trips.
  • Designated trip days are predetermined and non-negotiable. Unless it is a group of more than 20 people, then please contact the Organizer to discuss a possible different trip date.
  • If the Client opts out of a selected paid trip point, e.g., museum entrance or lunch, they do so at their own responsibility and the costs of these items are not refunded by the Organizer.
  • If the Client deviates from the trip route and opts out of the designated trip program, they do so at their own responsibility and the Organizer has no obligation to search for them or refund additional transportation costs.
  • Trip program changes may occur due to weather changes that make it impossible to execute the original trip program (rainfall, storms, sea storms, high waves, earthquakes, blocked roads, impassable roads, strikes, increased crowds, etc.).
  • For trips to Macedonia, it is necessary to bring a passport or ID card valid for at least 3 months from the Client’s return date to Poland.
  1. Complaints:
  • Please submit any complaints to the Guide/Tour Leader during the trip. Our priority is customer satisfaction and we will respond promptly.
  • If the situation cannot be resolved on site, please send written complaints to – info@orangetours.pl no later than 7 days after the trip ends. We will send a response to the complaint within 24 hours.
  • In case of dissatisfaction with our services, the Client has the right to file a complaint in court. Courts in Albania have jurisdiction over dispute resolution.
